1. All classes will have two terms each in the academic session:
• Term I – April 2019 – September 2019
• Term II – October 2019 – March 2020
2. Each Term will have one round of Unit Tests, one Term Exam and one round of Internal Assessment in each subject (English, Hindi, Math and EVS).
3. Each round of the Unit Tests will have one test per subject of 25 marks.
4. Term Exam for each subject will be of 50 marks .
5. Each round of Internal Assessment in every subject will be of 20 marks.
6. Term wise weightage and distribution of marks in each subject is as follows :

7. In each Term, syllabus tested in the Unit Tests of all subjects will also be tested in the Term Exam for all classes.
8. Letter grades based on a 9 point scale will be awarded in each subject.
9. Students will be evaluated for Computer Science, Third Language and General Awareness once during each term for which letter grades will be awarded on a 9-point Scale.
10. Physical Education and activities like Dance , Music and Art will also be assessed.
